NATS (Services) Limited (company number 4129270) ("NATS", "we", "us" or "our") provides the information set out on https://nats.aero/ais (the "Website"). By using any UK Aeronautical Information Products, any part of the Website, completing any registration with us and/or submitting any information to us on the Website, you agree and accept:

NATS (Services) Limited (“NATS”) endeavours to make available aeronautical information and data in the UK ‘Aeronautical Information Products’ in compliance with relevant ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, except where any differences are notified in the GEN 1.7 section of the UK AIP.

NATS will maintain the integrity of the information and data supplied to the AIS, from receipt through to the point of publication. However, because these products are compiled using information originated and supplied by numerous external parties, NATS cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NATS accepts no liability for your use of UK Aeronautical Information Products.

NOTE: ‘Aeronautical Information Products’ means aeronautical data and aeronautical information provided either as digital data sets or as a standardised presentation in paper or electronic media. Aeronautical Information Products include:

  • Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), including Amendments and Supplements;
  • Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC);
  • Aeronautical Charts;
  • VFR Charts;
  • NOTAM;
  • Digital Data Sets.
